The Company Secretariat & Legal Affairs function ensures compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements while supporting the Board of Directors and management in the discharge of their responsibilities. The department also provides legal guidance on corporate matters, contracts, and project-related issues, safeguarding the interests of the Company and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

The Secretariat is headed by the Company Secretary and functions under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
