About Us
Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) is a State-Owned public sector company established under the Companies Act, 2017, operating under the administrative control of the Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan. Founded in 2015 as KIDCL, renamed SIDCL in 2018, and restructured as PIDCL in 2024.
As part of strategic institutional reform initiative by Federal Government, National Construction Limited (NCL) and Pakistan Environmental Planning & Architectural Consultants Limited (PEPAC) have been amalgamated into PIDCL. PIDCL is now fully positioned to plan, design, and execute large-scale public-sector infrastructure and urban development projects across the country.
Mission
To consistently deliver successful projects on time and within approved budget by providing expert project management services, fostering strong relationships with different Government departments, and utilizing innovative methodologies to achieve optimal outcomes for general public.
Vision
To carry out, execute and implement task assigned by Government of Pakistan relating to the development and improvement of infrastructure and related services and Projects in all over Pakistan including Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan by adopting best Corporate Governance practices and execute the tasks in timely and efficient manner
