The Contracts & Procurement Department manages procurement activities and contract administration in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices. The department ensures transparency, competitiveness, and value for money in the acquisition of goods, works, and consultancy services required for the successful delivery of projects.

The Department is headed by the Manager Contracts & Procurement and functions under supervision of the respective GM Engineering & the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
