The Architecture & Design Department of PIDCL provides comprehensive architectural consultancy services for public sector development projects across Pakistan. Following the expansion of PIDCL’s mandate and the merger of PEPAC and NCL, the Department has been strengthened with highly qualified Architects possessing extensive experience in Architecture Planning, Design, and implementation of diverse building projects.

The Architecture Department provides comprehensive architectural consultancy services from project conception to construction completion. Its core functions include architectural planning and design, detailed design development, preparation of construction drawings and specifications, landscape and interior design, design review, technical advisory services, and construction support. The Department is committed to delivering innovative, sustainable, functional, and effective architectural solutions.

The Department is headed by the Manager Architecture and operates under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
