The Finance Department is responsible for the effective management of PIDCL’s financial resources and ensures transparency and compliance in all financial matters. The department oversees budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, treasury operations, billing, invoicing, revenue and receivables management, and project financial Management. It plays a pivotal role in supporting project execution through prudent financial planning, timely processing of payments and bills, efficient fund management, and adherence to applicable financial regulations and audit requirements.

 

The Department is headed by the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and functions under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Department is supported by Managers Finance North and South, ensuring effective financial management and coordination.
