The Project Monitoring Department oversees the progress and performance of ongoing projects to ensure timely implementation and achievement of project objectives. Through continuous monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, the department provides management with timely information for decision-making and supports effective project governance.

The Project Monitoring Department is headed by the Manager Project Monitoring and functions under the supervision of the respective GM Engineering and the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
